Pick your dates on the apartment page and send the request. We don’t use instant booking: every request is confirmed by us, usually within a few hours, once we’ve checked the apartment is genuinely free and right for your stay.

Here. Booking direct means no portal commission, and the price you see is the price you pay — cleaning and tourist tax are shown before you confirm, never added afterwards.

Yes, according to the cancellation policy of the apartment you chose. You’ll find it in full on the review page before you pay, with the deadlines and refund percentages — what you read there is what gets applied.

Yes. For stays of a month or more, write to us directly — outside the high season we can almost always do better than the nightly rate.

However you prefer: self check-in with a smart lock if you’re arriving late or at an uncertain hour, or we meet you at the apartment in person. Tell us which you’d like when we confirm the booking.

On Corso Giacomo Matteotti, in the centre of Sanremo, a few minutes on foot from the sea, the Casino and the station. The apartments are on the first and second floors of the same building.

The building is in a pedestrian area, so there’s no private space at the door. The Palafiori car park is a few minutes’ walk away and is the one we recommend — tell us you’re driving and we’ll explain how to get in to drop your luggage.

Eight, each named after a flower of the Riviera: Garofano, Fresia, Anemone, Papavero and Mimosa on the first floor, Lilium, Rosa and Ranuncolo on the second, renovated in 2025. Size and guest count vary from apartment to apartment.

It’s a municipal tax, not ours: we collect it on behalf of the Comune di Sanremo and pass it on in full. It’s charged per person per night, and only for the first nights of the stay — beyond that threshold the Comune doesn’t apply it. The exact amount for your dates appears in the summary before you pay.

By card, on the secure payment page at the end of the booking. We never ask for card details by email, phone or WhatsApp — if you get a request like that, it isn’t from us.

The final clean is a separate line, shown in the summary alongside the total. There are no other costs added on arrival.

May, June and September are the ones we recommend: good sea, a lively city, and lower prices than July and August. In February the Festival fills the town — book well ahead.

Yes. From the building you can walk to the sea, the cycle path, the market, the Casino and the Pigna, the old town. For Bordighera, Ventimiglia or France, the train leaves a few minutes from here.
